SmallRig Half Cage with Integrated QR Plate for Sony A7R III/A7 II/A7R II/A7S II 2098 The form-fitting Half Cage 2098 is specially designed for Sony A7R III and A7 II series cameras. It brings unparalleled videography and photography convenience while keeping the robust appearance of A7R III, providing rock solid protection. Unlike most other SmallRig cages, it comes with an integrated quick release plate which allows camera to be mounted or disarmed from cage for easy storage and setup.
Key Features
1. Specially designed for Sony A7R III and A7 II/A7R II/A7S II cameras.
2. With an integrated Manfrotto style quick release plate, camera can be installed or disarmed in cage within 2 seconds. Fast switch between handheld shooting, shoulder mount, tripod and packing.
3. The cage kept the original handheld shooting e*perience by leaving out the hand grip part uncovered. The NATO rail on left side can be used for NATO handle so camera will be stabilized by both hands.
4. Compatible with Lens Adapter Support Bracket 1764 (sold separately), which keeps lens firm and steady and prevents accidental signal loss caused by loosen lens.
5. Bottom side of cage is patterned with threaded holes, which can be attached to quick release plates of other styles.
