SmallRig 3.5X Telephoto Lens 6736 is designed for long-distance shooting in scenarios such as concerts, sporting events, and travel.

With 3.5x magnification in a compact, palm-sized design, it is easy to carry and handle, helping you capture distant subjects more steadily when shooting handheld. Its multi-layer HD optical coating improves light transmission while reducing glare and color cast for clearer images and more natural color.

Installation is quick and easy in three steps: attach the mounting clip, align the lens with the T-mount, then twist to lock it securely in place, so you can start shooting right away.

Note:

1. Use this lens with the smartphone telephoto lens only. Do not use it with the main or wide-angle lens. It can only be used effectively with phones offering 4x, 5x, or 8x telephoto.

2. For optimal performance, use a third-party camera app that supports manual activation or locking of the telephoto camera, such as Lightroom, Indigo, Blackmagic Camera, Fotorgear, or ProCam.

3. When using the iPhone’s built-in Camera app, turn off Macro Control (14mm lens). 

4. The minimum focusing distance is eight meters. If the subject is closer than 8 meters, the phone may switch to the main camera, which can cause severe vignetting.

5. Align the lens opening precisely with the phone’s camera to avoid vignetting. Because telephoto magnification varies by phone model, a slight zoom-in adjustment may be required to reduce vignetting.

6. To reduce blur caused by camera shake, it is recommended to use a tripod or other support.
