Q: I received an item that is damaged or missing parts. What can I do?
A: we offers a two-year warranty for sold products, starting from the date when these products leave the factory.During the warranty period, if any product fails or is damaged in normal operation, we will provide replacement or repair service for the product free of charge, and consider as appropriate which party shall be responsible for the transportation fees occurred during the repair process. We are not responsible for the replacement/repair of goods caused by human factors or improper operation, or natural wear/disasters.
